WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, checks (made out to Furry Paws Care), and debit/credit cards.
Please note: Card payments include a small processing fee.
HOW DO YOU ACCESS MY HOME FOR VISITS?
Most clients provide a key, door code, garage code, or lockbox access. We ask for two reliable entry options whenever possible to ensure smooth visits — even if a backup sitter is needed or if there’s an unexpected issue.
CAN I MEET THE PET CARE PROFESSIONAL BEFOREHAND?
Absolutely! We offer complimentary Meet & Greets to ensure you and your pets feel comfortable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY USUAL PET CARE PROVIDER ISN'T AVAILABLE?
Not to worry — you’re still in the best hands! Furry Paws Care is a family-run team, and we work closely together to make sure every pet receives the same loving, reliable care. If your regular sitter isn’t available, another trusted family member will step in — fully informed about your pet’s routine, needs, and preferences.
We also use PetPocketbook to securely store detailed care instructions, so no matter who’s visiting, your pet’s care is always consistent, stress-free, and personalized.
WILL I RECEIVE UPDATES DURING VISITS?
Yes! We send report cards and upload adorable photos/videos to our Instagram and Facebook after each visit, so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and safe.
CAN YOU ADMINISTER MEDICATION?
Yes, we are experienced with oral medications, injections, and other special care needs. Just let us know in advance.
CAN YOU TAKE MY PET TO THE VET?
Yes! We offer a Pet Taxi service for safe and stress-free transportation. Whether your pet needs a ride to the vet, groomer, daycare, or another destination, we’ve got it covered. If needed, we can also stay with your pet during their appointment.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH LIVESTOCK, RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
Yes! We have hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals — including horses, goats, sheep, cattle, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits, reptiles, and more.
We’re also comfortable with many exotic pets, whether they’re scaly, feathery, or furry — like reptiles, fish, rodents, hedgehogs, and birds of all kinds. If you have a unique animal companion, just ask — we’re happy to help!
HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
We typically walk dogs from the same household together to keep things calm, familiar, and fun. However, if your dog is friendly and both owners approve, we’re happy to pair them with another compatible pup for some social time. Safety and your dog’s comfort always come first!
