We will always do our best to accommodate your requests. We may not be able to fulfill all requests due to our limited availability.

Two weeks notice is required for new service requests
* If able to provide more than two weeks notice, please do so
Service requests must be submitted by 3pm on Business Days (M-F)
* Service requests submitted after 3pm on Business Days or over the weekend will be reviewed the next Business Day (M-F)
We will do our best to review and respond to service requests by 5pm on Business Days (M-F)
50% Booking Fee for Pet Sitting, Cat or Small/Exotic Animal Drop-In Visit, and Horse/Livestock Care services are due at time of booking services to reserve your pet care dates
* Booking Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable between other services or future bookings
Service changes/cancellations must be submitted by at least 48-hours by 3pm on Business Days (M-F) prior to scheduled services
* There is a $40 Late Cancellation Fee for any scheduled service that is no longer needed and is not cancelled prior to our arrival
Pets must be up to date on their Rabies Vaccine. Please let us know if your veterinarian has deemed your pet exempt from the Rabies Vaccine.
* Please provide proof of up to date Rabies Vaccine and/or Rabies Vaccine exemption from your veterinarian.
Make sure pet care info is up to date prior to services
* You can update info by updating your PetPocketbook Pet Portal (preferred method), emailing us or by leaving paper instructions with your pet's supplies
Additional Meet & Greets are required for new pets, if you moved to a new home, significant changes in care, or if it has been awhile since last use of our services
* Additional Meet & Greets are $40
